Key Responsibilities:

- Handle purchase activities including purchase orders, entries, and documentation
- Record and manage transactions in Zoho Books
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order follow-ups, and delivery tracking
- Verify purchase bills, invoices, and maintain proper documentation
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and purchases
- Assist in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate with store and production teams for material movement
- Monitor petty cash and factory expenses
- Generate basic reports from Zoho Books
- Support GST and other compliance-related documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
- Experience in factory accounts or interior/production industry
- Knowledge of inventory and purchase management
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting/purchase handling
- Hands-on experience in Zoho Books
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel
- Active, responsible, and detail-oriented

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
