Telecaller / Sales Executive

Location: Adajan, Surat

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Telecalling/SaleS

Key Resonsibilities

- Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Contact leads and understand their requirements and preferences.

- Explain products, projects, offers, pricing, and other details over the phone.

- Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.

- Handle customer questions and objections confidently.

- Identify genuine and interested prospects from incoming leads.

- Coordinate with the sales team for further customer handling and site visits.

- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, site-visit, and sales targets.

- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.





- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding lead status and conversions.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or a similar role.

- Fluent English communication is mandatory.

- Excellent Hindi communication skills.

- Confident and persuasive speaking ability.

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Robust follow-up and customer-handling skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills preferred.

- Graduate candidates preferred.

Location: Adajan, Surat

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,531.19 per month
