# MIS & Data Analytics Internship

## About the Role

We're looking for someone who's genuinely curious about what data can tell us — not just someone who can run a formula in Excel. You'll be working with real datasets, building dashboards people actually use, and helping teams make decisions based on evidence instead of guesswork. If you've been teaching yourself SQL on weekends or you can't stop tinkering with Power BI, this is where that curiosity turns into something concrete.

This isn't a "shadow the team and take notes" internship. You'll be doing the actual work: pulling data, cleaning it, finding the story in it, and telling that story to people who'll use it to make calls.

## What You'll Actually Be Doing

* Digging through datasets to find trends and patterns that actually matter for business decisions — not just numbers for the sake of numbers

* Building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel that people will actually open and use

* Cleaning up messy data (because let's be honest, most real-world data is messy) and getting it ready for analysis

* Running exploratory data analysis to answer specific questions departments bring to you

* Writing SQL queries to pull exactly the data you need, when you need it

* Presenting what you find to the team — turning spreadsheets into insights people can act on

## Who We're Looking For

* Students or recent grads in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or anything quantitative

* BBA, B.Com, MBA, or BA students who've taken courses in business analytics, statistics, or IT

* Anyone with working knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R — certifications welcome, but practical comfort with the tools matters more

* Current students or freshers who are serious about starting a career in data analytics, not just testing the waters
