Job Summary

Control-M Server administration (both Server and Enterprise Manager components)
Installation and upgrades
Failover configuration and setup
Configuration and environment management
Troubleshooting and performance tuning
API knowledge and integration capabilities
Hands-on experience in production environments and strong troubleshooting capability.
Ability to read logs and drive actions from it.
Strong understanding of Control-M job scheduling and workload automation capabilities
Experience with multi-server Control-M environments
Solid Linux/Unix skills (including scripting where required)
Database knowledge (for backend configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations)
