Role: Go door-to-door to independent garages, mechanics, and service centers to pitch JumStart, sign them up as verified partners, and get them live on the platform. Compensation is base + commission, tied directly to successful onboarding and partner activity.

- Identify and visit target garages/mechanics in assigned territory
- Pitch JumStart’s value prop (job leads, VHS Connect integration, payment handling)
- Handle onboarding: KYC docs, service menu setup, pricing, app walkthrough
- Negotiate commission/revenue-share terms with garage owners and close signups
- Hit weekly/monthly onboarding targets (e.g., 15-20 recent partners/month)
- Maintain relationships post-onboarding to drive retention and active usage (since payout is often tied to ongoing activity, not just signup)
- Report field feedback (objections, competitor intel, pricing sensitivity) to product/business team

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
