Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, attendance and leave administration, and HR documentation. Responsibilities include supporting employee relations, addressing queries, coordinating performance review processes, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role involves collaborating with management to ensure compliance with labor regulations, maintaining accurate HR records, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi,



requiring close coordination with production, sales, and administrative teams to support staffing and workforce planning.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Candidates should possess skills in developing and implementing HR Policies aligned with legal and organizational requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of labor laws, HR software or ERP systems, and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or apparel industries is an added advantage.
