- UNIFLEX products are sold both in Domestic and Export markets
- UNIFLEX has Plants in Bangalore, Dobespet , Hosur , Pantnagar and Pune
- Manufacturing facility of UNIFLEX includes CNC turning centers, Automatic Zinc Plating plant, Continuous annealing and brazing furnace, Pipe bending and forming machines, Hose assembly machines, TIG & MIG welding machines, 6 Axes Laser cutting machine, and a well equipped inspection, measuring and testing instruments laboratory.

Job Description:

Having made substantial investments in the recent past, the company is planning a growth path to achieve 3X-3Y-15E ( Multiply Sales Revenue by Three Times in Three Years with 15% EBIDTA)

Manager – Talent Acquisition designate will provide required Talent at the Right Time and Cost and develop a strategy road-map for successful execution of the organization's business plan as per the vision and mission.

Responsible for overall Talent Acquisition of UNIFLEX group and its associate companies covering all functions of Talent Acquisition like Manpower Planning, coordinate with Department heads and make job description and profile of candidate, Advertising in portals,



coordinating with manpower consultants, Salary Structure Development, Anomaly corrections handling, On Boarding requirements , Induction Training and monitoring progress till the employee confirmation.

Keep track of recruiting metrics ( Time to Hire and Cost per Hire )

Research into competitors and market place.

Interact with Departmental Heads and Plant Heads and understand the role and requirement.

Define job description and candidate profile

Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

Review Human Resource portals and subscribe.

Implement new sourcing methods

Research and choose job advertising options.

Make best use of Technology to conduct interviews.

Present shortlisted candidates to Department Heads / Plant Heads.

Present detailed candidate profile summaries

Follow-up references and do reference verification including discreet reference verification.

Recommend ways to improve our employer brand to Management.

Coordinate with Department heads and Plant Heads to forecast future hiring needs

Stay up-to-date on labour legislation and inform management about changes in regulations

Participate in job fairs and career events

Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals,



colleges.

Candidates Profile

1. 8 to 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting or similar HR role

Excellent understanding of recruitment processes

Hands on experience in Recruitment Portals.

Good knowledge of candidates selection methods

Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies

Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Team player

Good time-management skills

Knowledge of labour legislation

Experience with (phone, video and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation

Familiarity with social media and other skilled networks

Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills

Strong decision-making skills

Qualification and Experience:

MSW / MBA( Human Resources) with about 8 to 12 years of experience and should be less than 35 years old.

Compensation Package:

Competitive salary plus performance based incentive as per company standards.
