Role Overview:

Train and develop field teams across AP, Telangana & Karnataka on agri-products, farming practices, sales skills, and digital tools. Support new-joiner training, partner training, create simple regional-language content, and track training effectiveness and reports.

The Role:

- Drive field capability and product training for field teams across AP, Telangana & Karnataka.
- Conduct online and field-based training on agri-products, agronomy, sales capability, and internal digital applications.




- Support new-joinee onboarding and ongoing capability-building programs.
- Enable channel partners through relevant product and agronomy training.
- Create simple, engaging, regional-language learning content for field teams and partners.
- Drive digital-led training initiatives using LMS, AI/digital tools, virtual learning, assessments, and other scalable learning solutions.
- Partner with Business, Product, Category, R&D;, and Marketing teams to keep training content relevant and updated.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, adoption, and on-ground impact.
- Own training MIS and program execution end-to-end.

What we are looking for:

- B.Sc. Agriculture ( mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience in field training, agronomy, agri-inputs, or sales capability.
- Telugu – mandatory; Kannada will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of agriculture, agri-input products, and field realities.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with digital learning tools, LMS, Google Meet/Slides, Excel, and AI-enabled tools.
- Ability to independently manage training programs across multiple states.
- Field-oriented, execution-focused and willing to travel as required.
- A digital-first mindset with the ability to identify and implement innovative learning solutions.
