### We’re Hiring | Doctorate Guide / Academic Advisor

We are looking for an experienced **Doctorate Guide / Academic Advisor** to support doctoral learners pursuing **European degree programmes** across **Education, Psychology, Business and IT**.

The ideal candidate should have solid academic and research experience, international academic exposure, and the ability to provide structured guidance throughout the doctoral journey.

### Key Responsibilities

* Guide doctoral learners in research and academic progression

* Support topic selection, research proposals and research methodology

* Provide guidance on literature reviews, research design and academic writing

* Mentor learners through research projects, dissertations and academic presentations

* Review academic work and provide constructive, research-focused feedback

* Support learners in maintaining international academic and research standards

* Conduct online academic guidance and supervision sessions as required

* Guide learners in understanding and meeting the academic expectations of **European higher education institutions**





### Requirements

* **Doctorate/PhD** with robust academic and research experience

* Expertise in **Education, Psychology, Business and/or IT**

* **Western-educated**

* Strong understanding of **European academic systems, doctoral-level expectations and research standards**

* Proven experience in doctoral supervision, academic advising or research guidance

* Strong knowledge of research methodology, academic writing and dissertation development

* Excellent communication, mentoring and analytical skills

* Ability to guide learners from diverse professional and academic backgrounds
