An "elevator service sales executive" is responsible for selling elevator maintenance and service contracts to building owners and property managers by understanding their needs, presenting customized service packages, negotiating contracts, and maintaining solid customer relationships, aiming to achieve sales targets and retain existing clients through excellent customer service, while possessing technical knowledge of elevator systems to effectively address customer concerns and inquiries.
Those who had prior experience of handled CRM or Service sales activities. Candidates from Elevator Industry can be added advantage.
