Experience – 10 – 12 years

Budget – 70k – 90k CTC per month

Site Location – Mira Road

Candidate preferred location – Western region in Mumbai

- Managing the project - Overseeing all aspects of the project, including the budget, schedule, and subcontractors
- Ensuring quality - Developing and implementing quality control and assurance programs to meet contract requirements and design specifications
- Managing stakeholders - Maintaining solid relationships with clients and other stakeholders, and providing regular updates on project progress
- Coordinating activities - Managing and supervising the construction contractor, team, vendors, and subcontractors
- Developing documentation - Creating and maintaining project documentation, such as submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders
- Resolving issues - Reviewing and commenting on construction plans and specifications, and identifying and resolving design and construction issues
