About the Role:

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who is early in their career but has strong fundamentals and a genuine eagerness to learn. This is primarily a UI/UX-focused role (~85-90% of your time), with a small portion (~10-15%) involving supporting graphics for marketing and brand needs. It's a great prospect for someone who wants to grow under mentorship and see their product design work go live across a fast-growing fintech product.

What You'll Do:

- Design clean, intuitive UI/UX for web and product interfaces in collaboration with the product and Development teams.
- Translate requirements and rough briefs into polished, on-brand product interfaces
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Occasionally support the marketing team with supporting graphics, social media creatives, presentations, or internal communication.
- Maintain consistency with Firmway's brand guidelines across all design outputs

What We're Looking For:

- 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design (freshers welcome)
- Strong fundamentals in design principles — layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Working knowledge of Canva




- A portfolio is must (college projects, internships, or personal work are all welcome)
- Willingness to learn, take feedback well, and grow within the role, we're looking for someone "groomable," not a finished product
- Good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

- Basic understanding of UX research or usability principles
- 6 months or more of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and/or graphic design
- Interest in fintech or B2B SaaS products

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
