Key Responsibilities

- Maintain records of spare parts, stock, receipts, issues, and inventory levels.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly spare parts reports.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise purchase requirements accordingly.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, maintenance, and other departments for spare parts requirements.
- Follow up with vendors/suppliers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and pending materials.
- Check incoming spare parts against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of spare parts records.
- Identify slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving spare parts.
- Ensure accurate entry and updating of stock data in Excel/system.
- Support stock verification and physical inventory counting.
- Prepare reports and documents as required by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Spare Parts, Inventory, Stores, Purchase, or Automobile/Engineering industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel – data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and maintaining stock reports.
- Good knowledge of MS Word – preparing documents, reports, letters, and records.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management and spare parts identification will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
