Qualification
- Lead and motivate the team of counselors and tele callers.
- Targets and KPIs to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Experience in the education consulting industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Understanding of visa and admission procedures
- Work experience - 3 to 6 years
- Weekly 6 days working.
