About the Role

Tint Tone & Shade is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the design function across digital, print, branding, and marketing campaigns while maintaining consistency in the company's visual identity. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who is eager to learn, execute creatively, and collaborate closely with content, marketing, video, and business teams under the guidance of senior designers.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Design

- Support the development and maintenance of brand identity across marketing channels.
- Create visual assets for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, and presentations.
- Assist in designing brochures, catalogues, company profiles, pitch decks, flyers, standees, and other marketing collateral.
- Help ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Digital Marketing Support

- Design creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging social media content, carousels, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with content writers and social media managers to enhance campaign performance.

Creative Support

- Assist in bringing creative concepts from ideation to execution.
- Take feedback from senior designers and apply it to improve design quality.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, editors, and marketing teams to support integrated campaigns.
- Maintain design quality standards under guidance from the creative team.

Presentation Design

- Support the design of landing pages, website banners, and user-focused digital assets.




- Help create visually impactful client presentations and internal communication materials.

Print & Production

- Coordinate with the marketing team for print production and quality checks.
- Ensure designs are optimized for both digital and print formats.

Technical Skills

Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are mandatory. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Figma, Canva Pro, and Presentation Design (PowerPoint/Google Slides) is a plus.

Design Competencies

Typography, Layout Design, Basic Branding & Visual Identity, Marketing Design, Print Design, Social Media Design.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or any related field.
- 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience (internships included).
- A portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals across branding, marketing, or digital design projects.
- Must have working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
