Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

About the role
We're a Marathi-language exam-coaching institute running courses for aspirants across Maharashtra. You'll own our paid acquisition — the Meta and Google campaigns that bring in enquiries and admissions. This is a numbers role: you decide where the budget goes, and you're the one who knows why the cost per lead moved.

What you'll do

- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
- Manage daily budgets and scale what's working; kill what isn't
- Test creatives, hooks and audiences with the content team
- Track CPL, CTR, ROAS and cost per admission, and report on them daily
- Set up and maintain pixels, lead forms, WhatsApp and landing-page tracking




- Work with the counselling team to close the loop between lead and admission

What we're looking for

- 1+ year hands-on with Meta Ads Manager (mandatory)
- Comfort with Google Sheets and daily reporting
- Ability to read numbers and explain decisions, not just run campaigns
- Marathi and English communication
- Google Ads / YouTube ads experience is a plus

Positive to have

- Experience in education, coaching or any lead-gen business
- Basic creative sense — knowing which thumbnail or hook will work
