We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Telecaller to join our matrimony team at SecondSutra. You will interact with prospective members, understand their requirements, assist them with the matrimony process, and help them find relevant matches.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and working in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customers' marriage preferences, expectations, and requirements.
- Explain our matrimony services, membership plans, and features.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into paid memberships.
- Assist customers with profile-related queries and the matchmaking process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly calling, follow-up, and sales targets.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.




- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Empathetic, patient, and respectful when discussing personal matters.
- Ability to convince and guide customers without being pushy.
- Basic computer and CRM skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, relationship management, or matrimony services is preferred.
