- Operate professional cameras, DSLR/mirrorless, cinema, broadcast, and other video equipment.
- Capture high-quality footage for TV programs, interviews, events, advertisements, corporate videos, and social media content.
- Set appropriate focus, exposure, white balance, ISO, frame rate, and other camera settings.
- Create professional compositions, camera angles, movements, and shots according to production requirements.
- Handle tripods, monopods, gimbals, stabilizers, and other camera accessories.
- Assist with camera, lighting, and basic audio setup before shoots.
- Work closely with directors, producers, presenters, editors, and production teams.
- Follow shooting schedules, scripts, shot lists, and instructions from the production team.
- Cover live events and ensure important moments are captured effectively.
- Organize, transfer, label, and safely manage recorded footage and media files.
- Check camera equipment, batteries, memory cards, lenses, and accessories before every shoot.
- Maintain and handle company camera equipment responsibly.
- Provide creative suggestions regarding framing, lighting, and visual presentation when appropriate.
- Coordinate with the editing team to ensure footage meets post-production requirements.
- Be available for outdoor shoots, events, interviews, and flexible production schedules.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of professional video cameras and camera accessories.
- Good understanding of cinematography, framing, composition, and lighting.
- Experience with gimbals,
tripods, stabilizers, and multi-camera setups.
- Basic understanding of audio recording and lighting equipment.
- Ability to work in studio, outdoor, event, and challenging shooting environments.
- Good visual storytelling and creative thinking.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to respond quickly to instructions during live productions.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in videography, television production, event coverage, or media production preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical camera skills and a good portfolio may also be considered.
- A portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous camera work will be an advantage.
Key Performance Expectations
- Consistently deliver technically correct and visually engaging footage.
- Ensure all required shots are captured according to the production plan.
- Handle company equipment carefully and professionally.
- Maintain punctuality and flexibility during production assignments.
- Work professionally with clients, presenters, production crew, and management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
