About the Role

Vistaar WebX is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented candidates to join our HR team. This role offers practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and finance-related administrative tasks. Interns demonstrating exceptional performance may be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Open PositionsHR Intern

- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month

HR Trainee

- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate salary-related activities.
- Prepare client invoices.
- Maintain ledgers and HR records.
- Handle HR documentation and employee records.
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management.

Eligibility





- MBA in HR preferred (HR & Finance specialization will be given preference)
- Basic knowledge of Recruitment and Salary Processing
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is an advantage
- Bhopal local candidates preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
