SuccessFactors Variable Pay (STI) Specialist , someone who specializes in annual bonus/incentive programs , calculations, proration rules, and payroll handoff. This is a functional role with a strong analytical and compensation background

Key Responsibilities

6+ years hands-on SuccessFactors Variable Pay experience
Experience managing at least 2-3 annual bonus cycles
Robust understanding of bonus calculations and incentive plans
End-to-end ownership from configuration through payroll handover
