We are looking for an experienced Site & Projects Executive – Civil to support our project and site activities, including land survey, plotting, layout, quantity estimation, project documentation, approvals, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle land surveys, plotting, site measurements, and layout works.
- Coordinate project execution, contractors, vendors, and site activities.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity estimates, rate analysis, and project costing.
- Manage project documentation, approvals, permits, and site records.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, and work progress.
- Support vendor negotiation and commercial evaluation.
- Read civil drawings and technical documents.
- Travel between project sites as required.

Requirements

- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of land development, quantity estimation, costing, and site coordination.
- Valuable commercial and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel between sites.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
