CGK Enterprises is a Goa-based Firm engaged in the dealership and supply of pumping machinery, valves, flow meters and related equipment. We serve government departments, contractors, industries and builders other customers across Goa.

Position: Sales & Office Coordinator.
Location: Panaji, Goa
Employment: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and send quotations, estimates and commercial offers.
- Prepare tender-related documents and maintain tender records.
- Prepare purchase orders, invoices and other commercial documentation.
- Work with MS Excel for quantity calculations, pricing, GST and costing.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain organized records of quotations, enquiries, orders and customer details.
- Follow up with customers, contractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with the technical team for pump, valve and equipment requirements.
- Assist with basic accounting and documentation work.




- Coordinate deliveries, site requirements and order status.
- Learn and understand basic technical specifications of pumps, valves and related equipment.

Requirements

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, B.A., B.Sc. or engineering/diploma preferred.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good numerical and documentation skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn technical products.
- Freshers with good Excel/computer skills are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of GST/tender documentation/Tally will be an advantage.
- Candidates with their own two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
