Creative Producer / Content Writer -

About the Role -

- We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Creative Producer / Content Writer to join its in-house Marketing & Creative team.
- The role will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing and producing content across social media, digital campaigns, brand communication, blogs, videos, events and other marketing platforms.
- The ideal candidate should combine strong conceptual thinking with excellent writing and storytelling skills. The individual will be expected to translate marketing objectives and consumer insights into relevant creative ideas, campaign concepts, scripts, social media content and long-form communication.
This is a hands-on creative role requiring the ability to take an idea from brief and concept through scripting, content development and production while working closely with designers, video editors, social media teams and other internal and external creative partners.

Key Responsibilities -

Creative Conceptualization -

- Conceptualize integrated content ideas for social media, digital campaigns, brand initiatives, events and consumer engagement programmes.
- Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into strong creative concepts and content territories.
- Develop ideas for campaigns, social media properties, Reels, videos, digital content, store launches, events and seasonal communication.
- Develop recurring and ownable content formats that can strengthen the brand's digital identity.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute original, culturally relevant and platform-specific ideas.
- Build campaign narratives and communication frameworks that can be adapted across multiple formats and channels.
- Develop mood boards, references, content treatments and creative presentations for proposed concepts.

Copywriting & Content Development -

- Maintain consistency in the brand's tone of voice across all communication.
- Adapt writing styles according to platform, audience and communication objectives.
- Write both concise, high-impact advertising copy and detailed long-form content.
Proofread and review communication for grammar, accuracy, clarity and brand consistency.

Video & Social Content Development -

- Conceptualize social-first video formats for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Develop scripts, hooks, story structures and content treatments for short-form and long-form videos.
- Work closely with the Video Editor to translate scripts and concepts into engaging final content.
- Identify opportunities to convert campaigns, events, store launches and mall experiences into relevant digital content.
- Repurpose larger campaign ideas into multiple pieces of platform-specific content.
- Stay informed about evolving social media formats, creator trends, meme culture and consumer behaviour.

Content Production -

- Manage the creative development of content from concept through execution.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, shot lists, moodboards and creative references for shoots.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, designers, creators and production partners.
- Participate in and supervise content shoots where required.
- Ensure the final execution remains aligned with the approved concept and brand guidelines.




- Review content during different stages of production and provide relevant creative feedback.
- Manage multiple content requirements while maintaining agreed timelines and quality standards.

Brand & Campaign Communication -

- Work closely with the Brand and Marketing teams to develop communication for key campaigns and business initiatives.
- Develop creative communication around store launches, offers, fashion, food, entertainment, events, festivals and mall experiences.
- Support integrated campaigns across digital, social media, OOH, BTL and on-ground communication.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across campaign touchpoints.
Contribute to building a distinctive and recognizable content identity for Outlet Mall of India.

Research & Trend Monitoring -

- Stay updated with developments across retail, fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, F&B;, advertising and digital culture.
- Monitor relevant brands, creators and global retail destinations for emerging content trends and creative formats.
- Identify cultural moments and trends relevant to the brand.
- Conduct research required for blogs, scripts, campaigns and long-form content.
Regularly recommend new content formats and creative opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience -

- 5-6 years of experience in creative content, copywriting, branded content, advertising or content production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and writing capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of brand communication and advertising principles.
- Experience conceptualising digital and social media campaigns.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube and emerging digital content formats.
- Ability to develop both short-form and long-form content.
- Experience writing scripts and conceptualising video content.
- Ability to interpret marketing briefs and convert them into effective creative communication.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple briefs and projects simultaneously.
