Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Dispatch Executive to coordinate daily dispatch operations and ensure timely pickups and deliveries. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch operations and assign jobs to drivers and field staff.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries according to customer requirements.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Maintain dispatch records, job sheets, and delivery reports accurately.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, operations teams, and customers regarding job status and updates.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth dispatch processes.
- Track and report daily dispatch activities to management.
Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or operations will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong coordination and communication skills may also apply.
