Job description: Video Call Sales Consultant

Summary:

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills who is a great listener and enjoys interacting with customers. The ideal candidate is able to understand customer concerns, ask the right questions, and provide thoughtful, personalized consultations to help customers choose the most suitable Nish Hair products. If you are customer-focused, confident in building relationships, and passionate about delivering an exceptional consultation experience, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing with a fast-paced and customer-centric team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct video consultations to understand customers hair concerns and recommend the right Nish Hair products.
- Explain product features, application, care, and maintenance during the consultation.




- Answer customer queries and provide honest, personalized guidance.
- Follow up with customers after consultations and assist them in completing their purchase.
- Achieve consultation and sales targets while delivering a great customer experience.
- Maintain records of consultations and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams for smooth order processing and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on new products, offers, and promotions.
- Ensure every customer receives a qualified, personalized, and seamless consultation experience.

Qualifications & Skills required:

- Graduate, Diploma holder, or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in virtual consultations, customer service, sales, or any customer-facing role.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in conducting video consultations.
- Customer-focused with the ability to understand customer needs, provide suitable recommendations, and guide purchase decisions.
- Well-organized with good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Experience in beauty, haircare, fashion, or retail sales, along with knowledge of hair products, will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
