# Job Title: Sourcing & Closing Manager – Real Estate (Mandate Firm)

**Location:** Dhanori Pune

## About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven **Sourcing & Closing Manager** to manage end-to-end sales for our exclusive real estate mandate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in channel partner management, client handling, negotiations, and successful deal closures.

## Key Responsibilities

* Generate quality leads through Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and referrals.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and real estate consultants.

* Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.

* Negotiate pricing and close sales successfully.

* Coordinate with CRM, legal, accounts, and developers for smooth booking and documentation.

* Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and required documents.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings in CRM.

* Achieve monthly sourcing, booking,



and revenue targets.

* Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

## Requirements

* 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing and Closing (Mandate/Channel Sales preferred).

* Strong network of Channel Partners and brokers.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market.

* Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.

## Preferred Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Experience in exclusive mandate projects And developer lobby will be an added advantage.
