We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Erode.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
✅ Candidate sourcing and screening
✅ Interview scheduling and coordination
✅ Follow-up with candidates until joining
✅ Maintain recruitment pipeline and records
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience
✔ Robust knowledge of the complete recruitment cycle
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets
Work Timings:
- Male Candidates: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Female Candidates: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Gender: Male/Female (Married Female candidates preferred) Interested candidates can share their updated resume to (phone hidden)
