About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day customer and business interactions.
- Communicate with clients and provide appropriate assistance.
- Follow up with leads, customers, and assigned enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and update relevant information.
- Support the team in achieving business and performance targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Requirements





- Any Degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
