Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales & Growth to lead our B2B sales function, build scalable sales processes, drive revenue growth, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales and growth strategies.
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure.
- Close high-value and enterprise deals.
- Build, train, and manage the sales team.
- Track sales KPIs, pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, CPL, and ROI.
- Identify current markets and business opportunities.
- Build scalable sales processes and consistently improve revenue performance.

Requirements

- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B Sales,



Business Development, or Revenue Growth.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong LinkedIn and Sales Navigator expertise.
- Experience in high-value/enterprise sales and team management.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, CAC, CPL, and ROI.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and closing skills.
- Highly proactive, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives with Uncapped Earning Potential
