Job Highlights:
- Role: Real Estate Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive
- Experience: 1 – 3+ Years (Residential / Open Plots background)
- Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 / month + Attractive Performance Incentives
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound client inquiries and diligently follow up on warm marketing leads.
- Coordinate and conduct comprehensive site visits for prospective homebuyers at our project.
- Present project features,
amenities, floor plans, and pricing structures effectively.
- Guide customers through negotiations, booking procedures, and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of proven track record in real estate sales.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills (Telugu & English).
- Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler for local client and site visits.
- Availability: Goal-oriented mindset with immediate joining preferred.
