Process Execution: Complete daily tasks, data entry, and transactions while strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.Process Optimization: Monitor operations, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas to reduce costs and improve turnaround times.Quality Assurance: Meet targeted service level agreements (SLAs), report process exceptions, and ensure all activities meet company regulations and quality standards.Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly performance reports and present them to team leaders.Collaboration & Training: Support cross-functional teams, assist in training recent staff, and communicate process updates effectively.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
