Kibitz International Rehabilitation Centre is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to produce high-quality video content that showcases our rehabilitation services, patient education, healthcare professionals, facilities, events, and brand activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of videography, lighting, audio, and video editing, along with a good understanding of social media content and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for the centre's social media and digital platforms.
- Create engaging content featuring rehabilitation programs, therapists, doctors, facilities, events, and educational topics.
- Capture patient testimonials and success stories with appropriate consent and professionalism.
- Handle camera, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and other video equipment.
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Create short-form videos, promotional videos, educational content, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Add suitable music, graphics, subtitles, transitions, voiceovers, and branding elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and healthcare teams to develop creative content ideas.
- Ensure videos maintain a professional healthcare image and follow patient privacy and confidentiality requirements.




- Maintain and organize video files, footage, project files, and digital assets.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats, editing styles, and content trends.
- Assist with photography and event coverage when required.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines and maintain consistent quality.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification in Film, Media, Visual Communication, Photography, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, and shooting techniques.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.
- Good understanding of composition, framing, lighting, sound, and storytelling.
- Creative mindset with solid attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, rehabilitation, or medical content creation will be an added advantage.
- Portfolio/showreel is required.

Pay: ₹9,902.99 - ₹20,684.82 per month
