About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive – Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in HR functions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with employees and candidates.
The role will provide exposure to recruitment, hiring strategy, employee relations, HR operations, and statutory compliance while supporting the overall HR function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
2. Hiring Strategy
- Understand manpower requirements and assist in developing suitable sourcing strategies.
- Identify appropriate recruitment channels for different positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor hiring progress.
- Support initiatives to improve the quality and turnaround time of hiring.
3. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employees for basic HR-related queries.
- Assist in addressing employee concerns and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Maintain professional and confidential handling of employee information.
4. Statutory & HR Compliance
- Develop basic knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Assist in maintaining HR compliance records and documentation.
- Support HR audits and periodic compliance activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams/vendors for statutory-related requirements.

HR Operations
- Assist with employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, leave and HR records.
- Maintain accurate employee databases and HR trackers.
- Support preparation of HR reports and MIS.
- Assist in various HR policies, processes and administrative activities.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of HR statutory compliance and labour laws

- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Graduates/Postgraduates with a specialization or strong interest in HR may also apply.
