Pricing Coordinator / Quotation Specialist

At Neeco, we deliver ICT solutions for customers all around the world. Our Pricing team plays an important role in the presales process – connecting Sales, technical teams, operations, and vendors to prepare competitive and realistic solutions for our clients.

We are looking for a detail-oriented person who enjoys communication, working with information, numbers, and solving business requirements. You don’t need to be a technical expert, but you should be willing to understand ICT services, think logically, and take ownership of your tasks.

You will receive the necessary training and gradually build your knowledge of our services, processes, and global operations.

What will you do?

- Preparing customer quotations, pricing calculations, and commercial proposals
- Understanding customer requirements and collecting all necessary information for pricing
- Communicating with Sales, technical teams, operations teams, and vendors globally
- Requesting and evaluating vendor quotations
- Comparing available options and helping to select the best solution
- Coordinating inputs from different departments to deliver accurate proposals on time
- Working with internal systems and maintaining pricing-related data
- Supporting continuous improvement of pricing processes





You will work on different types of requests – from smaller quotations to more complex international projects requiring cooperation across multiple teams.

What are we looking for?

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Operations, Presales, Quotation Management, Procurement, or a similar coordination role
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work with numbers, details, and multiple sources of information
- Analytical thinking and understanding of business priorities
- Robust coordination and follow-up skills
- Responsible approach and ability to complete tasks independently
- Willingness to learn about ICT services and global business operations
- Experience from ICT, telecommunications, or international environment is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
