We're Hiring: Journalist Intern (Infrastructure & Development Beat) — Noida

Are you passionate about India's growth story — highways, metros, ports, smart cities, renewable energy, and rural development? We're looking for a Journalist Intern who can research, report, shoot, and publish content on India's infrastructure and development sector across multiple platforms.

Type: Internship (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities

Research

- Conduct in-depth research on India's infrastructure projects (roads, railways, metros, airports, ports, power, urban development, digital infrastructure)
- Track government policies, budgets, and schemes related to infrastructure and development (e.g., National Infrastructure Pipeline, PM Gati Shakti, Smart Cities Mission)
- Identify trending stories, data points, and expert sources for coverage
- Compile briefs and story angles for the editorial team

Video Production & Recordings

- Handle basic scripting and voice-overs for reports and explainer videos
- Ensure quality framing and work during shoots

Multi-Platform Publishing

- Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos/reels for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms




- Coordinate with the editing team for platform-specific formatting (aspect ratios, captions, thumbnails)
- Track content performance and audience engagement across platforms

✅ Required Skills

- Strong research skills, especially around infrastructure, economy, and public policy topics
- Positive hands-on experience in video shooting/recording (DSLR, mirrorless, or mobile journalism )
- Understanding of camera angles, framing, and lighting basics
- Strong communication and interviewing skills.
- No field job - inhouse office work only .
- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken & written)

Eligibility

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Policy, or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Freshers with a strong portfolio/reel are welcome to apply
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Noida/Delhi NCR
