Key Responsibilities

- Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of recent two-wheelers before delivery to customers.
- Inspect vehicles as per company/manufacturer PDI checklist.
- Check engine, transmission, brakes, clutch, suspension, steering, tyres, and other mechanical components.
- Check battery, lights, indicators, horn, instrument cluster, switches, and electrical systems.
- Verify engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, tyre pressure, and other required levels.
- Check vehicle body, paint finish, panels, fittings, and accessories for any damage or defects.
- Identify manufacturing, transportation, or assembly-related defects and report them immediately.
- Rectify minor technical issues identified during inspection.




- Ensure proper fitment of accessories and other customer-requested items.
- Conduct a final functional and road test where required.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, properly prepared, and ready for customer delivery.
- Record PDI observations and maintain proper inspection documentation.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor, Sales Team, and Workshop for timely rectification of issues.
- Ensure no vehicle is delivered without completing the required PDI process.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines, safety procedures, and dealership quality standards.
