- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales/appointments.
- Maintain call and lead records.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent Hindi & English communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive and target-oriented.
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Tele-sales or sales experience preferred.
