About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, improving online visibility, generating leads, and supporting brand growth across multiple digital platforms. Experience in the IT/software industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising channels.
- Manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, publish, and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media.
- Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Generate marketing-qualified leads through digital campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and technical teams for campaign execution.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends and growth opportunities.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Support product launches, webinars, events, and other online marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, or CMS platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital marketing certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in a software, IT, SaaS, or technology-based company will be preferred.
