We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented qualified to support product development initiatives and manage coordination with OEM manufacturers, vendors and clients. The role requires robust technical understanding along with operational follow-up to ensure timely and compliant product execution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development Support
- Assist in development and improvement of nutraceutical formulations (tablets, capsules, sachets, powders, etc.)
- Coordinate sample development, stability testing and formulation revisions
- Work closely with OEM partners on technical feasibility and production planning
OEM & Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with third-party manufacturers for production planning and execution
- Manage raw material and packaging vendors
- Negotiate timelines and ensure adherence to agreed delivery schedules
- Follow up on production status, dispatch and logistics
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain technical documentation including COA, product specifications, MSDS and product dossiers
- Ensure products meet regulatory and quality compliance standards
- Support audits and documentation reviews as required
Client & Internal Coordination
- Support client communication related to product queries and technical clarifications
- Coordinate between R&D;, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure smooth execution
Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc / MSc (Chemistry / Life Sciences)
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry
- Understanding of formulation development and manufacturing processes preferred
