Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid ads and a strong understanding of ROI-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads)
- Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and improve results through data insights
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies
- A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Work with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Track KPIs like CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversions

Requirements:





- Basic to intermediate knowledge of paid ads platforms
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and understanding of marketing strategies
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager is a plus
