About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be highly active, and be capable of managing HR operations while coordinating effectively with different departments.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of HR experience

* Finance background preferred

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Creative, self-driven, and able to take ownership of responsibilities

* Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace (HRMS experience is an added advantage)

Key Responsibilities

* Manage employee onboarding and documentation

* Prepare and process monthly payroll

* Maintain employee records and HR documentation

* Assign, track,



and follow up on team tasks

* Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations

* Support recruitment, attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities

* Assist management with day-to-day HR and administrative responsibilities

* Help build and maintain a positive workplace culture
