Role Overview

A dedicated financial analysis role to support decision-making across the business. We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong analytical rigour to drive in-depth financial analysis, MIS reporting, and financial planning support, working closely with the Senior leadership team to translate financial data into actionable business insight enabling scientific decision making.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth trend analysis and ratio analysis based on financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flows) at overall level, branch level, division level and product level.
- Prepare and maintain finance models, sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis to support revenue and cost forecasting, and inputs into the company's long-term Business Plan.
- Conduct competitive financial bench-marking against listed jewellery peers using public financial statements and investor disclosures.
- Prepare financial analysis decks for leadership team.
- Monitoring implementation of the strategic initiatives road map and alerting the leadership team in case of deviations.

Key Skills





- Strong command of financial statement analysis, Ind AS, and accounting policies.
- Understanding the business model and organisation’s inherent nature and aligning to the vision.
- Advanced Excel skills, with hands-on financial modelling experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work to tight reporting timelines
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to present financial insight clearly to senior leadership
- Comfort working closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), with a strong articleship record
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, experience in a listed company or the retail/consumer sector is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Madurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
