Job Description

- Conduct telephonic interviews with respondents including C-level executives, Directors, and Manager level professionals, as per project requirements
- Ensure adherence to survey scripts, skip logic, and quality guidelines
- Meet daily and project-level interview targets
- Handle respondent queries professionally and maintain call etiquette
- Record responses accurately and in real time during interviews
- Collect data related to customer demographics, preferences, and needs

Skills Required

- Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written
- Clear voice, neutral accent, and strong listening skills
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with senior-level respondents
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven approach




- Ability to work in rotational shifts

Qualifications and Experience

- Postgraduate freshers from any discipline with a keen interest in primary research are encouraged to apply
- Graduate or Postgraduate candidates with a minimum of 6 months of work experience in any field may also apply
- Candidates with prior experience in telephonic interviewing, primary research, or data collection will be preferred
- Exposure to market research tools, sampling techniques, or CRM systems will be an added advantage
