Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Hindi to join our CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Hindi language and literature, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students from classes VI to X.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials.
- Foster a classroom workplace conducive to learning and promote respect among students.
- Assess students’ performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and board exams (for Class X).
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, including digital tools, to enhance learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and training sessions.




- Encourage co-curricular activities related to Hindi such as debates, poetry recitation, and drama.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to school rules among students.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred
- Strong subject knowledge of Hindi grammar and literature
- Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi
- Familiarity with CBSE guidelines, assessments, and pedagogical practices
- Basic computer skills and comfort with digital classroom tools
