Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience working with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, SAP S/4 HANA development including Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).
- Expereince working SAP Finance Domain or SAP FICO implementation.
- Experience writing SAP code, advanced ABAP object-oriented programming system, oData, Restful ABAP, Fiori, SAPUI5, CDS, Dialog (transaction) programming, enhancements (user exits, BADI, BAPI etc.) and interfaces (IDOCS, remote function calls, web services etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Domain understanding of extended workforce management, SAP FI or any related finance solution.
- Understanding of cross-functional and integrated business processes related to the SAP module, including integrations with extended business systems.
- Ability to strategically anticipate/prevent technical and organizational obstacles, as well as effectively reacting and addressing them after they arise.

- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team. Provide opportunities for professional development and growth for team members.

- Drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP operations. Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and trends to ensure the team is leveraging the solutions.
