Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide parents through the school admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build robust relationships with parents and prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand parents' requirements and provide information about the school's programs, curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Schedule and coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions, and student interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with parents and ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams during the admission process.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Participate in school events, outreach activities, and other admission-related initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a school, preschool, Montessori, or education institution will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and basic CRM/Excel tools.
- Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
