We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who can source, screen, and coordinate candidates for international job opportunities across the UAE, GCC, Europe, and other global markets. Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates for overseas job opportunities using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and international employers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing overseas requirements.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process until deployment.
- Follow up on documentation and recruitment updates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and CRM updates.




- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Requirements

- 3–6+ years of experience in recruitment, with overseas placement experience highly preferred.
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of overseas recruitment processes for the UAE, GCC, Europe, or other international markets.
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or similar sourcing platforms.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet recruitment deadlines.

Work Arrangement

- Hybrid work model initially.
- From November onwards, the selected candidate must be willing to work from our Kochi office.
