Job Description:
The Telecalling Staff is responsible for making phone calls to customers to promote the company’s products or services. They handle customer inquiries, provide information, and support sales activities by building valuable relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers and introduce products/services
- Answer customer questions in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain records of calls and customer details
- Take customer feedback and report to the team

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 th,12th pass or graduate
- Basic communication skills in Hindi
- Basic knowledge of computers

Experience:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Skills Required:

- Good communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to handle customers patiently
- Willingness to learn and achieve targets

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
