Role Summary

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and trend-savvy BTS (Behind-the-Scenes) Content Creator to produce engaging visual content for our D2C brand. The ideal candidate should have a solid eye for storytelling, experience in short-form content creation, and the ability to capture authentic moments that strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content featuring the Founder, leadership team, employees, products, manufacturing processes, events, and workplace culture.

· Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

· Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute weekly and monthly content calendars.

· Cover product launches, campaigns, photoshoots, exhibitions, customer visits, and internal events.

· Edit videos by adding transitions, motion graphics, captions, music, and effects to create engaging content.

· Organize and maintain raw footage, digital assets, and content libraries.

· Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.

· Monitor social media trends and recommend creative content ideas to improve engagement and reach.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create compelling employer branding and product marketing content.

Qualification

· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Visual Communication, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Journalism, Film Making,



Digital Media, or a related discipline.

Experience

· 0–2 years of experience in content creation, videography, photography, social media, or digital marketing.

· Experience managing content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, or D2C brands will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

· Proficiency in shooting professional-quality videos using smartphones and DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.

· Strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, camera movements, and storytelling techniques.

· Good knowledge of social media platforms and short-form video content trends.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple content assignments.

· Willingness to travel locally for shoots and company events whenever required.

Technical Skills

Video Editing

· Adobe Premiere Pro

· Adobe After Effects (Basic to Intermediate)

· DaVinci Resolve

Design Tools

· Adobe Photoshop

· Adobe Illustrator

· Canva

Additional Skills

· Basic photography and photo editing.

· Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools will be an added advantage.

· Passionate about storytelling, branding, and digital content creation.

· Creative thinker with a strong visual aesthetic and attention to detail.

· Up to date with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and content strategies.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced D2C environment.
