Job Summary

Weavaa Designs and MomsyKid are looking for an energetic, presentable, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our retail team.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert showroom enquiries into sales.

You will work across our fashion brands, assisting customers with designer wear, bridal and occasion wear, maternity wear, women's fashion, and kids' clothing.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasion, size, and budget.
- Recommend suitable products and help customers with product selection.
- Explain product features, fabrics, pricing, customization options, and delivery timelines.
- Assist customers during trials and styling.
- Handle bridal, festive, occasion-wear, maternity, women's, and kids' fashion enquiries.
- Convert showroom walk-ins into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant products to improve customer experience and bill value.
- Follow up with customers who have visited the showroom but have not completed their purchase.
- Handle assigned WhatsApp, phone, and social media enquiries.
- Follow up with bridal and customized-order customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with designers and production teams for customized orders, fittings, alterations, and delivery.
- Keep updated about new arrivals, collections, sizes, pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation.
- Assist with stock checking and report customer demand for unavailable products, colours, or sizes.
- Support billing and payment processes when required.




- Maintain customer details and sales follow-up records.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service and sales skills.
- Confident and friendly personality.
- Interest in fashion, styling, and retail sales.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphones.
- Ability to follow up with customers professionally.
- Should be well-groomed and presentable.
- Ability to work during weekends and festival seasons.

Previous experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

Freshers with good communication skills, confidence, and an interest in fashion may also apply.

- Malayalam – Required
- English – Preferred
